Excel 535 opinions?

Hi Folks, I have a Excel 535 vessel with 4 aluminum deck plates.

Have any other members had good experiences with this model as I find my boat a bit unstable at sea as the plates buckle and bend and the side stiffeners pop off.
I am considering placing additional stiffeners to maintain rigidity on the deck?

Any help is appreciated.

I have the 435 my floor is solid I do know if you’re tubes and keel are not up to pressure the floor moves the stiffners ( stringers ) should cross the joints in the boards and are impossible to come out if the boat is up to pressure

Thanks Jeff, I do suspect that the pressure is possibly too low....I need to get a proper inflation device that also records the pressure. I am worried about over inflating.

You should have an over pressure valve in the bow tube so you can’t over pressure that then just pump the others up working back to the stern use you thumb and press down on the tube you should be half an inch / 10mm ish indent for 3psi on all of them. When the bow tube gets warm it goes down and then the others do the same if that makes sense if in dought just blip the valve to release some pressure on hot days.

Remember tube pressure drops when you hit cold water . Might be worth checking pressure when afloat. It's unusual for stringers to pop out have you staggered the stringers so joints aren't opposite each other ?
