Excellent customer service from Humber RIBs
I bought a new Humber Destroyer from Humber in June 2008. I've had a couple of minor problems, one being a defective fuel guage, so I called Sue at Humber and arranged to take the boat back to Humber to have the issues fixed.
I took the boat back to Humber yesterday. I was absolutely delighted with the quality of service that I received from Humber. The gauge was replaced with a new unit and was tested to ensure that it works correctly. In addition to fixing minor problems that I had, they also repaired a rather nasty scar that I had managed to incurr on the hull during a careless recovery to trailer. I was very impressed by the whole team. The attitude of the guys in the workshop and their supervisor was first class. They did everything to ensure that the boat was 100% right. This was an excellent example of what customer service ought to be.
