Does anyone know if there is trailer & car parking at or near to the slipways at Exmouth please? - Thanks - Andrew

There are two in Exmouth that I am aware of. One is a concrete block one down onto tidal flats. It is reached via the public car park on your right, as you enter from Exeter. Looks like limited tidal range of use, depending on your set up.
There is also one none asMamhead slip. This is just down stream , in the estuary from the marina. It is quite steep, and subject to strong tidal currents due to its position. I have been told it needs some caution in use. Personally, never used either as a result, but I’m sure others will have, and may well have better knowledge. Both are listed in the Good Launch guide.
I am also told that Polly steps in Teignmouth( so not far from Exmouth), is ok to use.

Should add that the first slip mentioned( recreation ground) has parking and toilets. Mamhead parking is less obvious, and is close to town centre.
