Falcon/Rib-X 640

Hi Guys,

I am thinking very seriously in getting a Falcon/Rib-X 640 with a 200hp on the back.
Living in Jersey I feel a bit stuck out of the way and I haven't actually seen one in the flesh. Apparently they are very fast ribs - anyone got the low down on there performance?

Thanks guys - your info is much appreciated.

200 sounds very overpowered. Im pretty sure the max is 150 but i may be wrong. I looked at one with a suzuki 140 fourstroke and they are very nice boats, all come with bench seats though colin at rib-x can make jockey seats but they r an expensive option.

ok im completly wrong, the hull is rated to 200hp but i wouldn't advise an engine that big.

Do a search on the forum as there has been a lot of chat about Falcon/Rib-x lately.......and if you still need advise talk to Manos as he's nuts about Falcon !!!
