Fast Forward refit

We use our 8.1m Scorpion Fast Forward mainly for long distance work. This normally involves over-night stops in marinas and whilst we have a very handy rear tent arrangement it can be time consuming to erect and so after cruising with Trevor Goddard in his fabulous Shearwater Black Adder and willk in his stunning Redbay we decided to incorporate a cabin console onto our boat

We approached Jim Robinson at Bembridge Marine and he very kindly agreed to supply a Mk1 Shearwater cabin Consule . Jim and his staff couldn't have been more helpful, and we collected a superbly moulded consul,we just prayed that we had measured correctly

Great job Mike
Plus the fiberglass might help to muffle out you're snoring more than the canvas tent

Do you plan to sleep aboard often (or is this a "just in case" situation)? How is/are you lining the inside of the console - carpet? headlining? insulation? are you fitting a head? eberspacher? Will you keep the tent arrangement so bigger groups can all sleep aboard?

...so many questions...
