Fastest SR5.4 in the States?

I've been looking for a deal on a 5.4 Searider and this popped up. I wonder how it handles.

Yeah it sounds like fun but twice the maximum allowed horsepower it not a bright idea. Not sure the boat can handle that for too long. In Connecticut it would also be a huge fine if the Marine patrol stopped you.
