Finally, we have a RIB

Well we finally have a rib :-)

We are desperate to try to do a few weekends before the sun goes home. We are Harrogate based, can anyone suggest a nice camping and ribbing trip? I will be fitting chart plotter and VHF next week so any time after that we think.

We have just got ourselves an Avon 560 with a Honda 115hp, JBT marine were great and gave us a quick answer to get from a cruiser to a rib ;-)

Anglesey, launch at Ty-Calch, camp at Phils farm. Ask Chris at Ty-Calch for details. Failing that, Whitby, good launch & plenty of camping, avoid it if the forecast is between north & east

we are always around holyhead, anglesey - mainly between trearddur and the skerries. great for scenery and wildlife. plenty of places to camp etc.
