What a blast that thing is!

The throttle was a tad sensitive-I got told off for breaking the 6 knot limit as soon as it came off tickover

Six hit 22mph on gps at 60% throttle then it got too bumpy...

Nice one Nos & Sixy, you certainly had a perfect day for testing the new arrival out and if you don't get at least one finger wagging or telling off its hardly worth going!

Hi Guys,

Glad it went well. Told you it was mad enough with a 10 on it, 20 must be insane!

Shame, could have seen you yesterday, as we went out from Portsmouth, over to the Folly for lunch, then up to Southampton to see my (soon to be) new arrival.

Was a great day for it, guess full throttle will be manic

Neil

PS - is it me, or are the oars out at 90 degrees?

Hi Neil,
LOL it's you-the oars were bungied to the D-rings.

I didn't actually intend to break the 6 knot limit-it just took off. Standstill->Planing is under 2 seconds IF you can stop it flipping

We didn't venture too far from Warsash-there were so many wakes that it was getting a bit hairy with 2 of us in it. It seems to cavitate a fair bit at full throttle.-though taking it out 1 pin on the trim will probably help that.

You're right - it's me, but I had to blow the picture up to see that
