Firing flares when not in distress...

For those of you who may think of using your expired flares up...

As with many of these things where they went wrong was doing it again after already having had a wrist slapped...

Yep if you are going to do it, do it inland and on bonfire night

I was around about 20 years ago when someone might have done that inland, bonfire night, small sailing club...

Local Panda Car arrived 20minutes later... Words of advice given even though I'm pretty sure everyone said they hadn't set any flares off...

Trouble is if you set it off and someone asks you either lie and someone initiates a search or you fess up and risk a fine..

Anyone who fires off a ROCKET flare and is not in distress is a complete arsehole and deserves all the comeuppance they get

Just got the bog standard orange and red smoke flares and they do mix well with the roman candles , and anyone one daft enough to hang their washing out on BN well......
