Fishing and Skiing???

I am looking to but a medium size boat for blasting around Anglesey to fishing spots and to do the odd bit of waterskiing. I also need to launch the thing on my own most of the time. I'm guessing a 5.5 with around 110Hp. Can anybody correect me ion this and/or recommend something suitable?

I have a 115 on the back of my 550 pro open which is more than capable for water skiing and will pull a couple of adults on toys with ease. Fishing rods/water ski's can also be stored under deck and so keeps the boat free of clutter.

Cheers Dave
