Flag Holder

I am after a flag holder, ideally to go on the A Frame.

The flag in question dimensions are 12" L x 8" W

I think this wont be wide enough to fit on the A frame.

Force 4 Rail Mount Flag Pole - Only £9.95 - Force 4 Chandlery

What are fellow RibNetters thoughts?

Thanks

Will

Hi will its not I just bought one and had to extend it by using a 'P' clip with ehw rubber rims which you can get on ebay. It works fine. The other thing you can do if you have a plate across the top of your 'A' frame is to take the holding bracket of and secure to the plate with nut/bolt.
Hope this helps.

I made one out of some 25 x 5 mm stainless bolted it to the flat pieces that join the 2 tubes together

Could you be clever with an old fishing rod and a couple of U- bolts or rod holders?

I have an old rod I use when asked to help with marshalling duties or other "large ID flag required " type events. So far it has outlasted three of B&Q's best broom handles as supplied by the event organisers......
