Flipper and I complete the RYA level 2 course

I did my Level 2 powerboat yesterday at the mouth of the Tyne and experianced fairly good weather and an interesting day. When we anchored we left the engine running which must have attracted a Dolphin to the boat as he surfaced not 3 foot off our port side. We then continued with the training and he stayed with us for 2 hours. Jumping in front of us, riding the wake, it was magical. Eventually we went back to the Marina which is about a mile inland and he followed us all the way to the lock gates. Think the examiner was chuffed too as he bought me lunch!!

Who did you do it with, I need to do my level II soon and the family is up north.
