Floor lining for seat pods, storage lockers and console

The lining on the floor of the seat pods, console and storage lockers is a foam matting with a pattern of holes, c. 5mm thick. It's OK, but I don't think it's very effective at helping stored items dry out and it's pretty tatty, so time for a change.

What do you guys use to line the floor of storage lockers and consoles?

I have sheets of this stuff cut to size in my console and jockey seats

https://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/hollow-rubber-doormat

Because it's so thick and open it's really good at keeping stuff off the wet floor of such places and is easy to cut to size.

I brought mine years ago in a large sheet from B&Q, but can't see it on their website now.

I prefer the unperforated mats, as things get trapped in the holes.....

thanks guys - I'll try the rubber door mat material first, it looks like it will aid drying out.
