This manufacturer is a bit closer than Brazil and if I recall correctly has been building these things for quite some time.

I would have thought this summer it would probably have been more use than a car in some parts

CAA currently banned them from uk waters unless you get a PFA or BMAA permit.. - we had one try to operate in Weymouth 2 years ago and was very quickly stamped on from above........

Why? wing will keep the rain off and when it gets too rough you just take off brilliant every rib should carry a wing as a safety item
