I haven't taken any yet , then I got to sort out posting them . I haven't had time to go through the instructions Roy did yet and I still have to burn CD's for all those who went to Scilly .

Its been hectic lately but finished the big job today . I booked this week off and now have only 2 days without work and someone screaming for one of those

Hugh you will have to come and try that camp site with the slipway at Fowey if you haven't been there its a nice place .

Where's Lantic Bay?

Not sure about going as far as Whitsand-I'm going to have to leave one of my fuel tanks behind to get all the gear in the car so I'll be restricted to 45 litres.

We'll be there from 20th to 25th August.

Lantic bay is just round the corner out of Fowey in plymouth direction east .

If you need some fuel cans when you are down here give me a shout Iam only a few miles up the road , you can easily re fuel in Loe at the filling station , its beside the river .

Cheers Ian!

Is Lantic Bay the one with the wrecked square rigger on the beach from that film in the 70's?

<edit> Just googled it-no, it's not and it looks gorgeous. We're up for that

No that was Carlyon bay (where I live) the boats gone now, was broken up and removed for health & safety reasons. Lantic Bay is about 5 miles further east, the square rigger was actually an old trawler that they built a stern on to make it look like real.
