As far as I am aware there are no RIBs racing in the National series unless Richard Strawford comes out again and we have some more entrants - it was a waste of time with 2 and an occasional third this year. I am selling the XS200's off (I have a 2006 and an earlier one) and I'll put something faster on it (280hp EFI or a 300 Promax) for Poker runs and maybe Egypt if it isn't too expensive!
Thanks No Fear - It was an amazing trip and this year will be better after the experience of running last years event I'm sure!

OK understand ... good luck
For Egypt as Nicolas told me the races will be at the end of October this year. Better I think as it will not be a hot. The sea may be a little rougher than it was though. But no one can tell with thiw mad weather as it is right now. Also the classes in egypt have changed too and that will be a class for hard boats also so if all this comes to fluition it may be interesting.
BTW Any one knows the new rules for Egypt rally?

That's interesting - Rudi who is the Egyptian organiser told me he was changing it to October for better conditions! Where does your information come from Manos?

Had some draft details through for egypt 2007, price was through the roof, after discussions with Rudy, I am waiting to hear if the price has been lowered.
As soon as I know anything, I will be in touch.
