Was with Gecko this week as we sell their helmets here, yes this is cheaper than Gecko headset, waterproof, there will also be version where the PTT button will be on the side of helmet, shall have that version in two weeks time.

We are doing this system at 265 pound, Gecko system we do at 345 pounds.

Will post picture once I have fitted the system to my Gecko

Thanks Bogi - look forward to seeing the pictures, it seems a good alternative option.

Do they do intercoms between helmets or is it a case of shouting - I really struggled when we ran into trouble to balance keeping the helmet on and hearing what Darren was yelling - we'd removed the side ear plugs but with the wind, engine and general noise it was a bit of a struggle

They do intercom between helmets as well (even do Bluetooth version), this specific system is for our radios we supply to ICE-SAR (Icelandic RNLI) and they use on board their SIBīs (D-class) also we are having system made for their new (Ex RNLI Atlantic 75) which will be 4 person intercom and listening to two radios (VHF and Tetra) at same time.

So possible to have intercom + one radio

Bluetooth would be neat and no wires I hadn't realised so many options were available - thanks Bogi
