Gelcoat Polyester Hardener- help?

Evening all,

I have done something silly and bought gelcoat without the hardener, the joys of online shopping in a hurry.
https://www.roostersailing.com/pd/Ve...5ml_103854.htm

Anyway, what I should have bought was Polyester hardener, which I think is MEKP(?).

My question is if anyone knows whether there are branded equivalents in Plastic Padding or West System ranges? Trying to get repair completed tomorrow for Sunday use.
Shopping options limited in Dublin.

Halfords sell Davids fastglas resin, the catalyst/hardner for that 'should' be mekp. Could be worth a try.

Brilliant,

36Valley Davids kit not available in Halfords here but you pointed me in the right direction, €3.10 for a pack of Polyester hardener- we have a winner.

Jeff thanks for the suggestion, shipping is the issue, "No Hazardous Goods" when shipping from island to island without prohibitive costs I'm afraid. (apparently they have potential to go on fire so approved shippers, UN numbers etc)

Thanks very much guys, I'm back on track

*second weekend hitting Halfords as they open!

It's definitely MEKP - don't make the same mistake I made first time round and order MEK!
