getting a new, fast rib... suggestions?

Hi All,

i'm looking into selling my current rib to get into some more serious.

today i have a ballistic 780 with a 225 e-tec which has been a great boat to get into this addicting hobby.

my limitations and and preferences are as follows:

- between 6-7.5 m in length

- stepped hull (not a necessity, more a preference)

- 60+ knots

- price around 20-40k EURO

- located in europe

any suggestions ?

Unfortunately 55+ only but it is 7m and maybe you can ask for bigger engine

They can make jockey seats but I think that price is more about 50kEUR

Add a second 225 to the ballistic - or swap it out for a 400 merc racing? Think they are rated to 500

Revenger 27 stepped hull. Not lots about. Run very well with 225-250

Not many good stepped hull 7.5 max size

Only other is a pascoe sr7. Very quick and stable boats. Run a little stuffy downwind

Funny, I was going to suggest one, but couldn't see any for sale. Nippy hull, probably suit Danish inshore waters nicely.

Well blow me down with a feather! You're still alive! At your age, I'd consider something from the Stannah/Zimmer range......
