Getting back into your RIB after a swim

I have a short non-extendable stainless steel swim ladder fixed on the transom of my RIB which like all RIBs has a shallow draft ...it is a real athletic challenge to get back on board in deep water ...without using the engine plate just above the sharp prop as a foot step ...not a very safe option. I have thought for a long time about various options and their practicalities and settled on this cheap & simple 'stirrup' solution which I found on eBay. I will just tie it to my swim ladder and it floats so I can easily grab it and use it to get a leg up onto my swim ladder ...must remember to take it off & stow it before starting the engine
