Glue for attaching pvc tubes to fiberglass hull

Hi, I've been searching for a while, but I cannot find a straight answer. I have to re-attach my pvc tubes to the fiberglass hull. I'm going to use a 2 part pvc glue for the strips of pvc to the tubes, but what kind of adhesive do I use to attach the pvc to the fiberglass hull?

Same stuff should work. Make sure you get any mold release or wax off the hull before gluing.
