Gluing velcro to GRP

I've got a couple of velcro strips stuck to my console used for attaching some of my upholstery. It's all starting to come away so I need to glue new strips on.

Anyone know what glue I should be using?

Double sided 3M VHB. You'll never get it off...ever. Well you will, but it'll take the surface of the gel coat off with it. Ask me how I know...

You could try a smear of Sikaflex. That'd be pretty resilient too.
