Great North Run

Rather than getting wet at the weekend, I shall be running the Great North Run dressed as a skeleton! I am raising money for the Anthony Nolan (Bone Marrow) Trust, who do wonderful work in to fighting Leukaemia, cancer of the bone marrow.
Thanks to the generous support of friends and family I have raised over £800, but would like to push on to the £1000

If any Ribnet members would like to help in my efforts please PM me and I will send you a link so that you can sponsor me on-line. If money is tight, could I suggest that you consider signing up as a donor. Dead easy and totally painless and could save a life or two

I did the Manchester 10k and then the Cheshire delamere 10k last month for the rnli and cancer research respectively. Lost 2.5 stone doing it. Pm me the link please. I did 57 mins and 56 mins. Great for me. Run your bones off!! Well done just for doing it.
