Great Service
Just wanted to publicly thank Giovanni of Rodella Ribs in Poole who very kindly did some very short notice repair work on my rib today.
True gentleman, had the time and patience to chat about the job required and show me around his workshop (currently doing a smart job of re-tubing a 4.8 Ribcraft). It is nice to deal with a local company who actually cares about his customers and reputation which sadly contrasts to my experience with some larger outfits who have no flexibility in booking work in and who seem only to care about providing minimum effort for maximum profit.
