Good Morning Gents and Gentlewomen


I am currently investigating the purchase of a Halmatic Pacific 22 MK 2002 for a mother craft i am working on as a rescue boat.


However it being ex MOD gear getting a hold of manuals and type approval certification is getting quite difficult and I am running out of leads.


I would very much appreciate f anyone has a PDF copy of the manual of the MK2 version.


Or can provide me with any of the documentation certifying these boats as Fast Rescue boats as per SOLAS and MED requirements.

Hi Mike. For what it’s worth: I used to manage a 35m research vessel (Vanuatu flag) - we put a MK1 Pac22 onboard. Certification required was minimal (joys of said flag state). Doesn’t really help your situation but it can be done!

Might be worth talking to these chaps (this website is their other business) - they buy and refurbish a lot of Pacific’s from the MOD (we bought ours from them) - they may we’ll have or know of where you can get the paperwork you need:
