Halmatic Arctic User Manual or Spec Info Sheet?

Hello.
I am the owner of an Arctic 22 and currently trying to get it registered to become a fishing vessel (for scallop diving). This is proving difficult because of a grey area in rib standards. The MCA are asking for detailed drawings and a spec sheet for the hull design to prove it is fit for purpose. We all know these ribs are built to a very high spec and beyond fit for purpose for what I will be using it for, but they need to see something in writing to tick the box.
Does anyone have the manual or anything similar for the halmatic 22?
I’ve heard that BAE systems don’t respond to the public about the design of their boats, but I’ll try contacting them nonetheless.
Any help at all would be appreciated.

That's a bugger.

I've got a couple of Pacific 22 manuals which is the inboard equivalent of your Arctic and for the Mk 1, it just says it is made from GRP. For one of the later Pac 22's, there is a bit about design standards which I've attached to this post.

It might help them to accept it.
