Have any of you launched from Jersey, and if so which are the best slipways?

I've launched and recovered many times from the slipway in La Collette marina. It is usable at pretty much all tides, but with a small boat you may wish to avoid the point at which the waterline is on the flat bit. I think that's around 3 to 2.5 hours before high but don't quote me on that!
