hatches and oil

After a six month lay off for weather, at least this weekend it isn't raining or blowing a hoolie!, I am recommisioning the RIB for the summer.
I still need a few bits to fix running faults and odds and sods that were needing replaced after several years of all year round use and were never got round to. I reckon the abnormal break is a good time to fix up and repair/replace everything needing done and most is already sorted apart from a few bits and bobs.
I need a new deck hatch as the old one is cracked from a dive twinset getting dropped on it a while ago but can't find one the right size and colour on t'interweb. I need a black one that has an aperture cut out size of at least 35x24.5cm, it can be any size up to 40x40cm overall. Any place I could get one of those at reasonable cost?
I also need flares and outboard oil, these are just out of date and the bulk supply I had exhausted respectively. Any deals going on these anywhere?

I have the oil and flares ordered, just need to find the hatch as web searches don't seem to be flagging up anythig suitable.

I saw them but the first one doesn't say if the dimensions are the internal hole needed or the overall size. If the cut hole is 360x260 then that would pop right in.

Thats just the thing I need, do you have any smaller hatches or lockers around 18cmx28cm overall, with or without locker built in plus fire extinguisher hatches?
Very small size hatches would be handy too, lots of spare space in odd corners that would be better utilised if I stuck a couple of hatches in.
