Indeed, don't get me wrong! That was flattery of the highest degree.
Would look great in gold leaf. Maybe mount the console directly to the trailer and get towed around whilst fly fishing.
That's the image that has stuck in my head.
You'll have to remove mudguards for authenticity.

I think the glint of the gold leaf would put the fish down but could be handy to put your fly boxes on & your flask cup

I have a feeling that console was made by Coastline Marine about ten years ago..... I recall seeing some there.

It might be worth asking Biff as he will be able to confirm, but I am pretty sure.

I was thinking of a few laps of a speedway track emulating our silver screen chariot heros. The fly rod would be sufficiently surreal to complete the horsewhip look.
