The best way is to click the little blue (!) on the left hand side - a "report post screen" will then appear where you can enter a quick "Sold" message. (BTW - this is also used for drawing our attention to Spam or innapropriate posts if you come across any).
Alternatively if it is your own item you can post a "Sold" message as a reply.
