Help! Blocked in at Hamble Marina sat 4th August!

Hello,
I've bought a new (to me) RIB. The delivery driver i paid turned up at Hamble Marina to find this Volvo with RIB trailer blocking my RIB in so he cant get the RIB out.
I've paid him a lot of money to drive the boat up to Scotland for family holiday (including renting a cottage with a jetty on the west coast for the RIB) and now I'm going to be stuck unless i can get hold of this guy/girl who has left their volvo jeep blocking the RIB.
OU16 JUO - Dark blue/black Volvo jeep with large RIB trailer. There is also a Ford F150 amd Range rover there with Rib trailers.
The marina staff have no idea who it, there is no security to stop you driving in and they wont drag it or use a forklift understandably.
If anyone knows who it is or could contact them to come back and move it that would be much appreciated.
