Help I've got the pox - bubbles on hypalon

Hi there, just inherited this AB RIB, was stored outside and looks like moisture has got between the two layers. It still holds air. The worst of the bubbles are on the stern part of the tubes (it was stored upright on these). I contacted AB and they suggested patching. Looks like it'll be an awkward one to patch. What about sanding down and painting. Or should I not waste my time and move on? Much appreciated your input.

If it holds air and your just plodding about then just use it because those sponsons need replacing at some point and that works out around £1000 per boat length meter....5m rib =5k
It looks like air is coming through the weave of the Hypalon.

Stabond 2 part glue and some PVC material to put over the top will work just fine. NRS has everything to do so. Tab the rub rail over the top of the patches. Do some cool art work!

That paint crap is well...crap.
