Help with sloppy steering wheel

The steering wheel on my seerider has a lot of play in it. It wobbles about 1cm in all directions. I have removed the cover and had a look around to see if I can find the problem. The steering helm is marked teleflex sh5023 and the steering shaft goes through the helm and is held in place with a washer and split pin to the rear. The issue is the shaft has a lot of play as if it is too narrow for the helm. I guess there is meant to be a bushing or a bearing to take up the slop but it is missing on mine. I have tried searching the web but can’t find any info on this. Does anyone know if I am missing a bush/bearing and if so where would I find a replacement part?
