Here's the (not good) news
These are just three of the forward synoptics - (with loads of wind rain between)
Wed 5th Feb
Sat 8th Feb
Wed 12th Feb
I am considering taking all the boats out the water and emigrating tomorrow!

Very true but if it were only February it'd not be so bad, but this had been going on for months now with no sign of a break!!!!

I'm feeling your pain . We had our second day of rain in California this rainy season and it washed out the boys tennis lesson! What a bad three hours it chase to rain. Unbelievable. We should have scheduled for the afternoon, everything is dry now.

We should probably lump all the bad months into some sort of season. Perhaps we could take the words wind and wetter and merge them together and get the name for this season...

Other than slightly warmer, it's apparently been quite a normal winter here on the east coast of Scotland... To be fair, it's almost normal for summer

In view of the Armageddon that seems to be unfolding I was wondering if this was the understatement of the season.

You guys, most of you are reasonably heathy and you're moaning about the weather, suck it up, why bother moaning about something you can't possibly do anything about

+1 at least it's mild & we ain't head deep in snow. If this rain had fallen as snow it would be up to the rooftops.
