HIDDEN 3rd HIN Zodiac Pro - where?

I have a Zodiac 12 MAN PRO, with missing transome HIN.
It has been resprayed so starboard aft HIN is not visible either.

As required by law, it must have 3 HINs - where are the 3rd hidden??

When I bought it, I looked at the veritas plate, and took the Zxxxxx for the HIN no. So it's kinda mandatory to find out the right HIN!

PM is welcome too if you feel better that way.

Didn’t seem to be under the engine mounting board on transom.
