Hi All

I have the money to buy 2 ribs (around 5 m with 4 strokes and trailrs to be safty boats) in a budget in 2 years time. Am looking to get them on hire purchase now. does anyone know which companys do hire purchase deals. Financial Security is not a problem as the organisation is worth millions.

Dont' do it!

Inerest rates are about to go up - they are, you'll see. Anyway if you must, try Chartered Trust on 0870 2427878. I've just finished paying off a loan for my holiday home and they contacted me touting for further business. Their literature looked very appealing.

what about direct from the manufacturer. the problem is that the mony is their for 2 years time as it is budgeted. I just need the boats as saftey cover like yeasterday! Lease to purchase would also work fine as lease money comes from a different budjet

I'd ask a supplier of commercial boats like Avon or Delta - most commercial sales operations (I'm thinking a bit wider than just RIBs here) work closely with a business finance company like Lloyds Bowmaker so they can get business like yours.

FOC

Why not approach a manufacturer and seek an agreement where by they provide you with the kit free of charge in exchange for you promoting their boats, stocking parts, literature etc.....just a thought (a ball to run with so to speak) !
