How big is yours? (Follow on to setting up my 5m Tornado)

I started a thread a little while back on setting up my 5m Tornado...so thanks to those that replied and helped.
I have purchase quite a bit off my list but I'm now down to buying the Anchor..and I'm stumped. I don't know what type or size/weight to purchase and also how long do I need the chain to be and what sort of length of rope would I need? I will be using the boat around the water's in Cornwall as i previously liked to cove hop in a SIB, I will do a trip to Scilly at some point too...but I want to get PB2 under my belt with a bit of experience on the Tornado too before I venture out.
So there you have it based on your experience what are your recommendations please.
All the best.

Steve has put a great article together here - https://coastalsafety.com/quick-guid...ng-powerboats/

And a quick search will give you a number of anchoring threads to read through. In effect it needs to be the right size for what you need to do and where you need to be.

I carry a 6kg grapnel and a good length of chain, it holds for my odd fishing stop. When likley to eb leaving off teh beach the CQR gets taken as its a better beast.

Brilliant info cheers....I need to learn how to use the rib.net search engine because all I got was a few thread's that mentioned the word anchor but not a lot of info.
Thanks
