how do you call ....

.... the captain in such a small boat?

what i mean is what word you use in english to describe the man who uses the boat?

is it captain?

is it user?

is it driver?

i/m fed up trying to find some answer on the net so.. please give me one..

Among the uninformed, it would be Captain, as he is in command of the vessel.

Those who prefer to do it right will use Skipper, saving "Captain" for someone who has actually earned the credential from a recognized authority.

Then again, on my boat, it's usually just "Hey, you", or worse.

Calling out skipper is by far the easiest way of finding who is actually in charge of any given boat.
