How old is this RIB?

Sailor all my life - decided to try a RIB. Have acquired a Valiant V490 RIB and trying to work out how old it is. Can not seem to find any way of contacting Valiant and the Dealer finder page on their website doesn't seem to work so hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I have attached a photograph of the manufacturer's plate but not sure how to interpret what I see - any help?

There should be another small plate on the outside of the transom with a long number stamped into it. The last two digits are the year.

CE stamp 0609 might suggest 2009?
