How to date Caribe's?
The spec plate does not carry a date of manufacture. Its a DL14.

My last boat was a CL14, mid 2000's, was the DL14 made in same era or before, clearly it is Deluxe 14.

Last 2 digits of the serial is the date of manufacture.
