hydraulic jack plates or riase transom

I am sure a few of you have seen the spray those etec engines sprayed out last season I need to raise the engines by three inches but these engines rest on the transom and I need to go up. I have been looking at the hydraulic jack plates or should I raise the transom

O Kerny I could do with a few of them , I was banging my head against the wall why a company would built a boat then put both engines three inches to low so that's why I was thinking about hydraulic jack plates[ and they do look the part] or building the transom up , well we went for building the transom up
