Hynautic steering fitting

Hi all,

I知 getting desperate now and I知 hoping there will be someone on here with experience or knowledge of someone who can perhaps help me.

My steering hoses on my Ballistic are shot and I had to cut the end off as it had split. I知 trying to get new hoses made up but it seems hard to find someone in the uk that can supply cut lengths of hose with the fittings attached.

As my steering was hynautic (seastar I believe) i can稚 seem to find anywhere in the uk that has particular type of fitting.

Anyone on here know of somewhere through their experience that may be able to help please before I pull the pin and but a complete new steering kit.Click image for larger version

Carlton Hydraulics, in Rotherham can make up any length and supply any fittings. but you need to give them originals for pattern.

Hypro marine in Lymington are your best bet, they are the Sea Star / hynautic importers / specialists

I doubt you will get the hoses made up at any other hydraulic specialists - the problem is the ends are unique to Seastar/hynautic/ultraflex systems and Parker who make them only supply them in bulk quantities.

Thanks Phantom,

Spoke to Steve today at Hypro and he’s sorted me out two new hose runs with fittings attached.

Brilliant. Thanks again
