Hypalon blisters

Uncovered the rib today for a spring clean, small blisters have appeared in various places. The tubes hold air, should I just leave them alone?

Hypalon doesn’t develop blisters normally. How was the boat stored? Are those marks elsewhere?

It’s stored outside with a cover over the whole boat. They have appeared randomly over the length of the top of the tubes. Nothing on the under side.

There's a couple of threads on this, I remember as my Hypalon RIB is effected.
Not a lot of help I know, but they've not got any worse.
