Hypalon breaking down and Lime ??

Any experts on the forum with technical knowledge please. The marina where I berth the rib has been the subject of large development of a new crane. It needed HUGE amounts of cement for the foundation in the water. To make the cement set quickly they used large amounts of lime. We have been told that lime and hypalon dont work well together and this might explain the breakdown of my tubes. It has also happened to a new rib on the marina his tubes like mine are breaking up below the waterline. Urgent help is needed here please. Or can you direct me to a tube person that can answer the question.

are your PVC tubes crazing on the surface especially in the area between the transom and cone if so the tubes are work hardening due to the constant vibration in this area, this is liable to be a recuring problem unless you fit hypalon tubes!!!
