Hypalon Glue Choices

I have some hypalon tube repairs to do and can't find any Bostik 2402 in Canada. My choices are Poly Marine, Stabond or Clifton. Are they all close to the same in quality? Anyone have any problems with any of them?

Used polymarine myself not had any problems.

For me they are 20 min drive down the road nice enough people to deal with.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Rib.net

Likewise. I've used both Bostik and Polymarine for repairing several dinghies as well as stuff on my RIB. Both seem excellent, but I use Polymarine now because I could order direct in larger quantities, and get thinners/cleaner, patches, parts, from them too.

I've found them very helpful and their products good. I've no conection with them, nor am I 'in the trade' - just a satisfied ordinary customer.

If you want Bostik, you should be able order through Polaris Inflatables in Langley, BC. (Custom & Inflatable Boats in Canada | Polaris Inflatable Boats ; probably best to call and ask.)

I use Weaver 2-part glue, as a shop near me stocks it. Works fine.

NRS carries the Clifton hypalon glue (nrsweb.com) Pretty sure they ship to Canada.

The Weaver 2-part stuff is Bostik.

The Zodiac Z7098 never disappoints, but it is only sold in 800cc cans for about $100.

Really? First I've heard of that.

NRS doesn't send internationally... It sounds like I can order directly from Zodiac Hurricane. Thanks everyone!
