Great news Chris It's often hard to tell from photos exactly what is going on, but I'm glad to hear it's just the sealant lifting as I first mentioned and the tube attachment is still good - something I was a little concerned about!

You don't need a professional to make this repair. I have done several 18-22 foot RIBS. The hardest part is the prep work. When removing part of the collar, leave 6-8 inches of the original collar, so when you add your new section, you can fold the old portion of collar back over your new piece so you don't have a edge. The water will flow over your repair
