Hypalon handle repair

Hello,
I have a 2017 16' Brig RIB.
One of the handles is detaching from the fabric and I want to repair. Obviouslt there is a bunch hardened glue underneath so I can't just add glue to reattach.
Any idea how to remove the old glue?
Thank you!

It it hypalon or pvc? Hypalon you can sand it off, pvc use mek & a souring pad (scotchbright) to soften it off.
Polymarine & henshaws both have good how to tutorials on their websites & either will supply glue etc

Thanks for the advice. It is hypalon. I've checked both sites you suggested and will tackle soon.
Thank you!
