I need help

I need to help an old mate. He's blown up one of his outboards. He has twin selva 100 on his boat. No jokes please. What I need is either a 5.5m boat for the other engine. A bigger engine. 200 hp for the original boat or a block for a selva 100 hp. Few options to be explored or all of the above

Blown up. Piston and rebore or has it taken the crank or block out ?

Forgot to say of it is 4 stroke model. Then . It's an actual yamaha engine

Biffer I've old Tornado project I could reduce down to get it gone. Its an ugly old thing but functional.

I've also got a 6.5m Coastline rib, just needs a motor as it had a 2012 Yam 100 on it which the owner has kept. Trailer included also. PM of any are of interest

Thanks guys, exploring what his options are, only just happened, Dan, bit too much for my mate on that one, Pete, might be in touch about the tornado, if he takes the good engine off to put on a smaller boat he will still need a 150 hp plus, for his original boat, does he sell the lot and start again, decisions decisions

Might know of a 225 efi 2-stroke. I'll enquire.
