any idea what this is? Looking for something to 'dip my toe back in the water' so to speak and this is nearby for the right money.

Fraid not, that's pretty much it, ad says 'fast rib, need it gone £4350' tried phoning and left a few messages but no luck. Doesn't even say what engine or HP but it looks like a 50 or 60 Evinrude. Kinda lost interest now as I've found summat much, much better, fingers crossed.
