Hi there,

a photo on the forum would probably get you a make and model fairly quickly.

Regards

That is an Avon Searider 4.0M if I am not very much mistaken. I owned one like this for 18 years. It would have had a dashboard and at least 2 side by side seats facing forward as the bowdodger is still in place. The engine I had was a 30 hp mariner and was great fun to use as a dive boat and for messing about on the water. Great wee sea boats.

as its got the bow dodger its probably late 80,s early 90,s would maybe had back to back seats originally looking at the pics either side of the console has raised piece on the deck my 99 one that was oe supplied with jockey seat didn't have that but the oe dash is gone and the bow splash part doesn't look original so could be any age

Hello, our Searider has a small Hypalon patch with the Avon Serial Number located on the inside face of the tubes near the bow - not sure if its the same on all Avons but if you can access that area it may be worth a look to see if you have one. The number starts with AVB and I believe the last two numbers are the year of production (a tip I picked up from here).
